With reduced sales of hunting and fishing licenses, plus a reduction in the federal Pittman- Robertson excise taxes raised on hunting equipment purchases, state game and fish departments and the Interior Department (USFWS) wont have the funding to upkeep public lands. Hunting's future depends on new hunters coming into the sport. Lose public land and watch lease prices go through the roof.
