I think they never ate a pastalaya worth a shite or something. I've had some damn food pastalayas. I prefer jambalaya but pastalaya is still awesome.

I was joking before, but that is definitely a Yankee pronunciation. Jumbulaya is the accepted pronunciation (something like that...it's hard to spell)
