It's a really good central point where you can get to Hwy 1, Leeville, or GI if your mind isn't made up where you want to fish. The food in the restaurant is solid. I'd call it GI good but not big city great if that makes sense. We had a solid meal their last summer where we all got steaks and seafood. I've been to that bar 3x and there are never many people in there but you can go shoot a little pool and play darts before going to bed. Cool setup

Solid trip and Moran’s was really nice for $89. Having the store, restaurant, and saloon all next door is super convenient.. I’ll definitely be back
Trout bite was pretty Good Friday... Saturday it was meh. Reds thick as frick Saturday, we prob caught 75.
Gonna try again next week if this freeze doesn’t hack things up.

Is Myrtle Grove worth it for Spring/summer reds? I've heard stories of the marsh around the marina being posted.

MG was on fire this week.. reds every cast I hear.

Yeah I like the location of Moran’s more than LV. You’re still able to access the island fairly quickly if you need something there.
