Just using paracord. I've taken it out in bayou lacombe once. That's it around here.

No. I didn't put much effort into it though. Was just making a ride with the wife and brought the pole along. I've never had luck at the mouth of bayou lacombe despite the fact that people do catch there.

I just used regular carabiners. one at each end and one in the middle.

I tried one on the middle but it wouldn't go through the loop when I detached then I got a smaller one and it kinda hung up. So I got the figure 9 so I'd jutlst have to release line.
