So you're trying to say that you're a pro fisherman?

Ive used them in super clear water. Its def got more life like action than most fluke type baits. If you fish in super clear water pair this bait with thin wire hook and flourocarbon line and learn to twitch it just right and you sir will get bit....

The difference in Banjos and flukes is hook placement.

On a fluke, the hook creates a backbone giving it a more rigid walk the dog look. The banjo just hooks in the nose so it has more wiggle.

That said, I know a guy who hooks flukes in the nose with a small wacky worm hook and gets a similar effect as the banjo gives you.

Oh, and ALXtgr, they make paddle tail flukes now so they do have different action from the same bait. Just sayin'...

Nonetheless, the banjo does catch fish, but mine tore up really easy. Too expensive for a soft plastic that may catch 2 fish before it tears up.

Just my humble opinion...

He just backed up what I said. There are different types of flukes, you obviously didn't know this. The sooner you stop posting about it the sooner the embarrassment stops

I have most of them in my "fluke" drawer.

Let's rehash.

Banjo is nothing like a fluke.
There is one fluke-it's a name marketed by Zoom.
You go out of your way to be an arse and have the IQ of a sweet potato.

No, let's rehash

There are different types of flukes, this is fact. You claim there is only one kind fluke . Some of these flukes, when rigged the same, look a lot like the gimmick bait, the banjo minnow. Obviously you don't know a lot about fishing but you continue to try and argue with someone that has proven you wrong. Do you even fish?

A post above actually backed everything I've said up, is he wrong too?

You got me. I've never fished. I just enjoy pretending on message boards. You are providing a great service here. Please continue.

I do not use them much anymore but they have caught a lot of fish over the years. Of course it all comes down to how you rig it and how you work it.
What are your thoughts on them?

They are both named after foods, so fish must think they taste good.
