Something about the Henry Big Boy and the Ruger GP100 Match Champion. They are calling my name.

Yes, and since I will always be on a budget, I wait for three months to talk myself out of it.

I research it and find that it is just another gun that is so similar to the others in its class. Then I decide that the mortgage needs to be paid off and gas needs to be bought.

The four guns I have are enough and the money saved is well-saved.

Stave off the craving you will have staved off buyer's remorse three months later.

It's the same principle that I apply to my wife's clothes purchasing....."Hon, how much do you really need that?"

Lol. So True.

But seriously, it's akin to telling Charlie Weiss to take three more bites; then back away from the table. Just a bit of discipline is needed for many out there.

3 months?

3 months??????

What is buyer's remorse? Is it a guy thing?

No offense, sir, but I would tell you to kiss my arse.

But I work and I make damn good money. My appearance is very important to me when I leave the house. I don't know your wife's situation, so I'm not going to judge you.

But you really think for 3 months before you buy something?

3 months?

3 months?

That's just absurd.

Oh, now I see the problem. And I, as well as the rest of the rant are VERY proud of you and respect you immensely.

Listen sugar, I am not TELLING you or my wife for that matter what to spend their money on.

But for these poor chaps out there that see another. $2000 1911 and HAVE TO GET IT along w their other five 1911s I say, use your head.

As for this
3 months, 3 months 3 months. .....kiss my arse. Etc. I'm glad I'm not married to you. That shite would get old. Quick.

That's not what I was asking for, so stop deflecting.

How about you answer some of the men, who also agree that you're a Debbie Downer?

And I would never marry a cheap arse in the first place.

You don't want to argue with me, sweetie. You won't win. My spending isn't limited to clothes. I buy guns and ammo as well. :smooch:

I'm sorry.

But thanks for calling me a bitch for thinking that waiting three months to make a purchase is absurd. I never name called.

Eta: And I am a bitch. And I surely DGAF what someone on the Internet thinks

Aren't you the lawyer from Mississippi?

Have you ever read a book, short story, or poem? Tone is a literary device.

Aren't you intelligent, and judgmental. I'm probably the nicest person that you would ever meet.

And I know several people that post here IRL that would verify that for you.

Eta: I'm not in the mood to argue. I argue with attorneys for a living. I'm not doing it on a Saturday.

I don't know you. You may very well be nice.

Nonetheless, most people don't find it "absurd" to be frugal.

I'm on the MS coast for the first time in about 4 years.

My friend is taking my phone again. I'm going to the casino and going out. Have a good evening.
