Yes, and since I will always be on a budget, I wait for three months to talk myself out of it.
I research it and find that it is just another gun that is so similar to the others in its class. Then I decide that the mortgage needs to be paid off and gas needs to be bought.
The four guns I have are enough and the money saved is well-saved.
Stave off the craving you will have staved off buyer's remorse three months later.
It's the same principle that I apply to my wife's clothes purchasing....."Hon, how much do you really need that?"

But I work and I make damn good money. My appearance is very important to me when I leave the house. I don't know your wife's situation, so I'm not going to judge you.
