is anything open for camping this weekend. Homochitto is closed and so is Dauphin Island campground.

And you won't have many comfortable weekends left as summer gets closer and closer. May have to wait until the fall for things to open up again and be comfortable in a tent overnight.

Beaches in SWLA are open and trout have been running on the beach. The storm yesterday morning may have messed up the fishing for a minute but you can always catch a bull red and cook him on the half shell at camp. Camp fires are allowed.

Kisatchie National Forest is open for off trail primitive camping. Their campgrounds are not open.

You can camp on holly beach? Never found any from bottom over there when I tried to surf fish. Perhaps in wrong area. Caught plenty reds on beach though.
