Taxidermy prices

Been awhile. Any info on what it costs these days for a pretty typical mount on a pintail or whitetail shoulder mount by an experienced taxidermist in south LA? Thanks.

South ms, shoulder is $500. As i dropped one off a couple weeks ago. No clue on duck, been few yrs

On the higher/better end in the Lafayette area I believe it’s $250 a duck an $650 a buck (shoulder no plaque).

480 for shoulder mount.
700 for full mount turkey. Was 600.
Just got an 8 pt back , nose in air sniffing a doe. He was 550 but i had a G1 and a G3 repaired too.
I have a full strut gobbler too. Awsome.

No way I would trust anyone that charged $250 for a bird. Birds are expensive these days. I dropped off a pheasant the other day that would be $425, however I got it on a pedestal with some grass and stuff so I’m looking at around $550.
A shoulder mount deer is around $450-550.
