TAG Louisiana - Still active?

Is the Tag Louisiana program still up and running? I know there was some talk of shutting it down, but I thought CCA stepped in. We caught a ton of small trout and reds, and stuck em, but my buddy was saying he thought it was done.
The app doesn't seem to work, the FB page hasn't been updated since last October, but the website still works. Just curious.

last i heard funding was cut off and it was shut down but they would still record info reported on tags caught.
there was talk about CCA stepping in but it was just BS talk as is most things connected to CCA. if it doesnt help texas and hurt louisiana then they rarely want any part of it
