Tactacam help

Any help is appreciated.
I have a tactacam pro I bought early 2023. I’m in a spot with low cell service.
When I turn it on, it slowly finds service and enters work mode. After entering work mode, it turn black. Seems like it turns off. I get no pics or check in pics and if I get in front of cam it doesn’t take a pic or send one. It worked perfectly before I moved it.
I’m planning to reset the camera next trip. Any advice or anyone that has dealt with this in the past?

I have had the same problem with one of mine I moved. It would get a signal then never send or take pictures. I move it about 20 yards to another tree and it went back to working. I guess the signal was not strong enough to stay locked in

I order 3 different extended antennas, including the Tactacam one. This one from Amazon ($14) worked the best. Went from no signal in a draw to 1 green bar.

Try completely deleting the camera from your account and then setting it up fresh, sometimes they just need to start over with finding the signal.
