Stripped Lug on 4 Wheeler

Went to unload my 4 wheeler today and my back wheel was locked up . Got it off the trailer and the lugs were tight as hell. One of them was rounded off and I completely screwed it trying to get it off. Its fricked now.
Suggestions on what to do who to bring it to? How do I unfrick it?
After that, has anyone had their back wheel lock up? I had a problem with my brakes squeaking a few weeks ago, but I loosened them up and the squeaking stopped. I assume the back brakes locked up.

No, not sure. All I'm sure of is that it sucks. When I hit the throttle it would jump and barely spin. I can't push it at all, it won't spin.

most likely the brake shoes are froze to the drum.
it can be a pain in the arse to get loose.

Brakes no doubt.
Common problem at our place.
It can be a job from hell if they're froze up real good. Sometimes the brake shoes will fall apart and pieces get wedged up in the guts of the brake drum and lock everything up.
I had the same problem with my bike. Torches, grinders, slide hammers, and a welding machine were involved.

The problem is I can't get the wheel off to fix the problem. How you get a stripped lug off in the first place?
Since you have experience, I'll come drop it off at your house tomorrow. Give me a call when its finished.

Stripped as in the lug is rounded off or it's cross threaded and just won't come off?

It must've been cross threaded or got hot and tightened up, because they were all a bitch to get off. I got the others off but that one rounded off due to my brute man strength.
Its bad. I should've stopped, but I kept thinking it was starting to come, but it was just slipping and rounding it more.

Eww
Might need heat if its terrible. Start kroiling it every day along with any other bolts that look like they might have to come off to fix the problem.
Might be able to get it with vise grips

Dammit. Just what I wanted to hear. I'll tinker with it tomorrow evening. PRobably end up bringing it in somewhere.
