Man it’s hard to beat the performance of a Grendel in that package, especially if you don’t really care about the ability to shoot subsonic. A 16 barrel will give you plenty of performance at your 120yd range and still leave you room for a can on the end.

In a light built the Grendel doesn’t have much recoil. In a DMR build like mine (20 in heavy barrel, PRS lite stock, heavier furniture) it’s almost like shooting a 22.

The poster earlier in the thread may have had boys that age. Mine are young… a few years away from starting to shoot still. I’d just like to get the gun before long (bc I like buying guns way too much) and hunt with it until they’re ready to join in.
