Get a fiberglass repair kit with the necessary things needed to make small repairs. Grind out or sand off any dangling, loose crap and you mix the stuff in the kit like you would bondo for auto repairs, apply it, let it dry, then do your best to get some color match paint to spray if it bothers you it's not the same color.

If it’s a small bump it’s not difficult to do it yourself. I’ve used West System fiberglass hull repair kits when I used to run my 73 Whaler 13 sport. We beat the hell out of that hull in the marsh and had to fix several dings. The key to making it look good is to take your time and don’t give up on sanding until the shape is just right. There are also a million YouTube videos to help. You can start out muddling through it and finish thinking that you can make extra money fixing other people’s hulls.

Put a pic of the damage on here if you can but more than likely you can repair it with gelcoat repair kit. You will have to clean it up and sand it but it is really easy.
