GREAT boats. Everyone has their preference about this and that in a boat, but if you like it, go for it.
I consider them close to top end, not a yellowfin, but right there with some of the other makes mentioned.

My uncle is a VP at skeeter, I can get any skeeter, Yamaha or G3 product for cost.

my dad had a black on with red flake back in the 90's we never had a problem with it and had it for years.

Great boats, better than comparable hulls in shallow marsh. Tad rougher on open water, but they are stout. I'm partial to Ranger, but I run more open water. Rule 1 for LA boats: none will suit all your needs.
