Should I get a new pair of skis?

I bought a new pair of parabolic skis about 20 years ago (Rossignols), and it was remarkable how much better a skier they made me.
I still use those skis, I really like them and they are in great shape. But I am seeing the newer skis have a significantly different shape and I am wondering if there is any benefit to updating again
Any advice would be much appreciated.

go ask the season long ski thread on the travel board, got some guys that ski a lot of days in there. but I don't know if a south Louisiana centered message board is the best place to ask this.

Yes. Ski tech has come a long, long way in 20 years.

Buy Stockli's and you'll thank me after the first run.
