I had been going to Hopedale during the winter out of BSM, however it sounds like it's a mad house this time of year. Where are some decent spots to fish/launch to stay away from the crowds/boats this time of year? Thanks

We did this last week. We didn't exactly limit out, but we caught a few fish. I like that area alot. We've been to Galliano and grand isle recently, but Co Co marina has been our favorite area so far.

Cocodrie sucks from May - March. Find another place....all fish migrate to Dularge.

There's a lot of places to pull over on side the road to launch. During the summer I'll launch by one of the three bridges before you get to the island. Also, there is a kayak launch on the island on the bayside. I think it's somewhere a in the middle of the island. You can fish the rocks for specks and reds, some sheephead
