I have a 2015 Forrest river 5th wheel. Roof is pretty nasty so I climbed up to clean it. Roof was sticking to my shoes and scrubbing did not good to remove sap.
Why is the roof sticky?
What do I need to do?
Thanks

Not sure but you should check out the new fad with the Bedliner spray. They say it works good for leaks and such.

You have sap on the roof and can't remove it?
Or, the roof is clean, yet remains "sticky"?

What about the Galvanized trailer roofs? Do those need to be repainted periodically?
I think the rubber roofs need to be retreated with a wash/revitalize cleaner every 6 months

Yes won't come off. Roof is sticky as I'm sticking too me and coming off

Try cleaning it with spic-n-span the powder version and a plastic bristle brush. You may have to scrub it twice and treat with dicor roof guard when dry. If the EPDM roof material itself seems compromised there is a 10 year warranty on the roof material. The caulking/sealant is on you.

Dawn and or spic and span are recommended for Alpha systems roofing with a scrub brush.
