Ram definitely wins inside
Outside are pretty even, but I might say the f250 is a little better

Ram Cummins seems to have a good reputation vs all the trouble you hear about with certain Ford diesels.

Both are very good trucks. The Ford has more room inside but also is about about a foot longer so it makes using as a daily driver a little harder.

I bought the Ram and love it but I think I would love the Ford as well it just didn’t fit in my garage.

Both are solid trucks. Pick off looks and features and feel confident you got the best truck for your money.

What trim you have in the ram? Anything you don’t like?

Big Horn.

I love everything about this truck especially the look, interior comfort, and power. The only thing I gave up was room in the backseat area. Fords are way bigger and have a flat floor not a hump in the middle.

I love the exterior look of the Ford F-250 but the size of it pretty much eliminated it for me.

I really don’t think you can go wrong with either it’s just personal preference.

I am currently driving my first and only Ford truck I purchased back in 14. Has a 6.7 diesel. We take trips to Florida, South Carolina, and a lot of the road games to watch the Ags. I tow a boat and a 18 foot trailer from time to time. Every year we load the trailer with an ATV and a UTV with a bunch of wind dragging coolers up to Meeker Co through the mountains and passes. The engine and transmission in my truck has been great.

The rest of the truck has been the problem. Radiator was replaced under warranty at 37,000 miles. Radio locks up if I sync an iPhone. All 4 EGR sensors have been replaced multiple times. Windshield washer fluid motor went out. 2 of the 6 under cab mounting bushings completely disintegrated and the other 4 looked about 20 years old so I just replaced all 6. The “chrome” trim in the center console cracked. Don’t even get me started about the DEF and the problems I have had with that crap. Gone to the dealer once in limp mode because of it and it wouldn’t hold another drop of DEF. Sorry but Ford doesn’t make a good product. The engine will last well beyond the piece of shite it is attached to.

It’s funny you don’t hear about stuff until you start googling a problem and then you find out how prevalent the problem really is.

I have owned both and currently in a 2500 Mega Cab limited. I’ve always been a ford guy and loved my 250’s. However, I just couldn’t justify paying the Ford price anymore especially for a Platinum like I wanted. Went with the Ram and love the truck. Great fuel economy and the ride with the coils is night and day from my Fords. Honestly it would all come down to the price for me if I was in the market now.

They seem to be around the same price, but outside of telescoping steering wheel, the Ram blows the F-250 away in the interior dept. F-250 interior looks like it was designed 10-15 years ago.
