Odd how your name is treble hook but you don't fish. If you did you would know that catching is never guaranteed (even though you did a ton of catching on your trip).

When did I say I don't fish?
When you acted as if catching is some type of guarantee when fishing.

I went with lance one time and we caught some amber jack....was supposed to be for tuna but no luck. I'm not mad but there are better captains out there I.e. tommy pellegrin with custom charters. He put us on a butt load of black fin. Great time.

You should have been disgusted and done anything and everything you could have to pay as little as possible. However, in all likelihood there's nothing you can do but just pay it. There may be a little legal wiggle room but it would definitely cost more to fight it.

I actually went back fishing with them a couple days later and had a great trip, I don't expect to catch fish every time I wet a hook whether I'm by myself or with a guide.

Treble you dissed the guy by saying not go with him and got called out. Now your just making yourself look like a fool. You stated "We paid for tuna" no, you paid to go fishing for tuna. If you wanted tuna, Sams club sells them in little plastic vacuumed bags

If you just caught one YFT would you want a 90% discount. If you caught half your limit would you want a 50% discount?

30 min in a spot is plenty of time for a veteran Capt to know if its working or not.

I've fished out of Venice alot and always caught tuna,on my boat and charters, treble seriously don't give up on tuna fishing its alot of fun and damn good eating.

Capt Lance good job coming here to defend yourself. You WILL be on my list for a charter next time I go

Oh and for the person asking about Peace Marvel, last I heard he went to Nashville to be a country music singer

No way. Is this another troll? I am pretty sure it's against some kind of rule to have two trolls in the same thread.

I guess that time I spent $3,500 on a charter trip in Cabo only to not catch a fish I should have hauled arse without paying.

Man you got rooked. I got to not catch fish in Cabo for under 1,000.

Last Time I went with Peace Marvel aka Tuna Boy, we hit a sand bar and got stuck in the river, took over an hour to caught bait we caught one 60 lb tuna and then trolled all day with nothing. We ended up with a mess of Grouper and AJ's. He fished his arse off, and did everything he could to put us on the fish. We had a great time, and would highly recommend him. It is called fishing and not catching for a reason

I got to do it on a 60' hatteras though

It wasn't a total loss, when we didn't catch anything we anchored off the beach and went pitch up some bitches from the bar in a boat taxi

Yeah you got to not catch fish in AC with frozen drinks and ice cold beer. That is better.

Plus sound like you guys caught a few yellow tails anyway

check this video out from last summer
LINK

We fished the lump saturday and it was on. 5 yellowfin tuna, some blackfin tuna, a limit of amberjack, some kings and 4 hammerheads that put up quite a fight. The water was blue and the seas were angry (kind of like treble hook)I'm having trouble posting pictures but you can check them out on my face book page.
