Prodim Proliner

After doing restoration projects on various boats and vehicles, I'm exploring the option of potentially purchasing one, but I've come to realize they can be hard to find.
Yes, I know they can be on the expensive side. However, these projects are my hobbies that I also do for close family members and some friends.
My question to those of you who have used them, how is product support and service?
This isn't necessarily "outdoor" related, but I trust the opinion of the baws of the OB.

I just watched a video of it. Still no clue what it is but looks like a really expensive measuring device. I guess if you did some really technical and crazy cuts on a CNC machine then it'd be useful to get perfect measurements.
Tape measure and pencil work wonders for me.

I have full access to a CNC, so that is not an issue. These damn Proliners, because they're foreign made, are hard to track down in the States.
Anyone else have experience with them?
