Local restaurant, Josies, grilled some of the sheep head and black drum with onions and peppers last night. It was really good.

Wind is howling this am so, we are just hanging out. Gonna fish this evening if it calms down some.

Freakin howlin n LA. Visiting north la this weekend.... Was gonna fish a little bit, but too windy, too much current with all the rain raisin the water.... Decided to play golf.

Been howling for several weeks. Brutal.

Slow day but the wife landed a 30" red caught on a piggy perch and I caught an 11" mangrove snapper.


May try offshore in am. Depending in weather.

It was calm enough to get offshore today and we were able to get out to the first rig and had clear water.

Still rough enough to have all of us nauseated though.

Caught a King, a Jack, a spinner shark and a silky shark prior to coming back in.

No southwest tip of matagorda bay.


Fished this evening in the inter costal and caught a few small specks and reds. Gonna hit trout hard in am.
