I’m not saying you can’t hunt over an agricultural crop. I think it has to be planted as an agricultural crop with the intent to harvest it. If you plant corn or rice with no intent to harvest it then it wouldn't be considered an agricultural crop.

That’s not true. You can plant food for ducks and hunt it. People do it all the time. If it’s an Un harvested crop like rice you can’t go in there and manipulate it unless you use a combine. But you can certainly hunt it
