Any recs on a good thermal monocular or scope? Leupold has monocular but looks like from the reviews its crap. Im reading its super affordable but wonder if its worth the gamble @ $350. Pulsar was recomended as a good alternative but i wasnt impressed with the image quality either. Trijicon Looks to have some great images but super expensive.

As with most tech, you get what you pay for and the cheap stuff isn’t worth it other than as a gimmick.

I’ve actually heard good reviews of that one tho I haven’t looked through one myself.
Is that the only thermal you’ve ever looked through? Be prepared to spend some money if you want clarity.

Reds.... i actually only viewed on youtube. It looks like it would be sufficient for game tracking or varmints if the price is right. Just looking for some guidance or if someone can say absolutey fine or absolutely not or.. with the price differential the leupold HD should be just fine.

Consider the Pulsar axion key xm22 as well. Saw a sale on it for 1200 somewhere
