What crop? Some crops have different programs.
I'd be interested i hearing some opinions in this as well.

Delta land is better than most land in the Midwest. The Midwest just has better weather. With irrigation now the Delta from the boothill of Missouri down to NELA will out yield the Midwest on both corn and beans.
To me the best place to farm is around Simmesport because you can literally yield well on 7 different crops if you have the right land.
