Fwiw it doesn't stink in northla.
There's plenty of hotness female wise.
The best deer hunting and duck hunting is here.
Fresh water fishing and skiing in any of the oxbow lakes is good as anywhere.
I'll take cotton field over a sugar cane field,, so yeah I'm biased to north la.
Granted this all north east Louisana.
I hate western la... Shreveport down to leesville downto lake Charles...

All these shows are better than that damned Black Gold show. Worked those oil fields myself, half my family still works those fields. None of those bastards would have lasted one day on a real rig.

It's called the swamp. Most beautiful place in the world filled with hardwoods and not a pine tree in sight. You get to be on the water and in the woods all at the same time.
Either that or we just throw 6 tons of corn out topped off with some tainted sweet potatoes
Eta: If you've spent any decent amount of time in the swamp, it is honestly addicting. IMHO, nowhere in the world is better
