Interesting post as I've been doing light research on industrial grade hemp for a few years. Hemp fibers have a ton of applications (such as building materials) along with the oil and seeds you mentioned.
Biggest initial issue is even in states where they have begun planting or plan to do so, there doesn't seem to be many buyers that can process large amounts of the raw materials once harvested.

No, sorry my post was confusing.
The industrial hemp market and the pot market could be busted with a relatively small number of acres of either crop.
