This has been some years now, maybe 15-20, but we had a problem with this on our hunting lease - central LA. Owner of cows wouldn’t do anything after complaints. At that time where was a division of the LA State Police that dealt with such matters with a formal complaint.. I was there when the state police showed with cattle trailers , horses and hauled them off - to where I don’t know. Lease coordinator handled all the details so I don’t know the specifics, but I do know we haven’t seen a cow on the lease since then. Don’t know if the LA State Police still deal with this.

Have complained to him multiple times and he just doesn’t care.
At what point can I just kill one to teach him a little lesson
Used to have this problem on our property.
Told that Mutha freeka that I had a friend with a trailer that would give me $700 a head for them.
Ended that problem swiftly.
