I voted for yours because I truly feel the lighting and contrast on your piece is beautiful.
But I have to be honest, it was a tough decision -- the egrets are amazing photography.

I agree…egrets are a very tough bird to get good shots of. The lighting has to be almost perfect or the sunlight will blow out the white feathers.
Below is a link to the “wading/shore bird section of my website…..holding to update it this weekend and remove some of the older (older not to great photos) and update worn some new shots
