This was the first one mine produced this year. The plant itself wont get much bigger due to the lack of sunlight, but its been producing about 4-7 nice flowers at various stages at a time usually.
ETA: Ignore the stick coming out the ground at the top of the pic. Thats a rosebush I killed and haven't replaced yet

Mine was doing great, I’ve noticed they are going from a bluish purple to a offwhite/pink, I know the soil ph is probably changing. It’s taking over the two azalea bushes in front of it that I probably need to move. Also I’ve notice this week some of my leaves and flowers with brown spots on them. Is this from all the rain we’ve been getting or do I have a bug problem. TIA
The first pic is what they looked like at the end of April and all may, rest of pics are what they look like now

Some varieties only bloom on new growth and need to be pruned to get flowers. If you a pruning and still not getting flowers then I don’t know what to tell you except “that sucks “.

General comment...
I’ll never plant hydrangeas in shade again... though they are shade tolerant they always get fungal leaf spot and the sprays are just such a pain in the arse because you have to get under the leaves and evertime you water or it rains, more fungal spores splash up on them.

Off topic, but what's the purpose of the gravel against your house? That for drainage or weeds or something? Nice looking beds
