What are my options? I bought the truck used and have no idea what kind of spray in bed liner it is. It looks kind of like rhino liner, but I'd prefer to have line x.

If it's peeling, you'll have to remove all the old bedliner. If you spray over peeling bedliner, it will continue to peel. It's not a fun task. Some use chisels to scrape it out, wire brush on a grinder, etc. Expect the bedliner place to charge a few extra hundred dollars.

That's kinda what I figured.

Anyone try a pressure washer?

Have tried and failed. Best thing I've found is to use a utility knife and cut strips about 2-3" wide and pull it out. It ain't fun.

This is why I prefer a drop-in Duraliner. One I have now is 14 years and counting, no chip, crack etc

ETA- I know this doesn't help your current problem, just a recommendation for those yet to decide.

That may be a better situation for me though. I only plan to keep this truck a couple more years and don't really wanna pay 700$ to have the liner cleaned out and a new one put in.

If it's just the bottom put a rubber mat in the bed. Plus it kinda helps keep propane tanks from rolling around.
