I did this when I saw about 15. Glad I had enough sense (didn't have much at that time) to still have it pointed in a safe spot.

I'm still not sure why a man cares about what another man is hunting with. The more legal weapons available, the more people that will stay engaged in hunting. While I don't think "primitive" is actually primitive anymore, I do think its a good thing to extend some hunters' seasons when they otherwise wouldn't be hunting. The fact that these newer weapons are more reliable and accurate than the old powder guns doesn't hurt either. I remember the older muzzleloaders and the "pie plate at 50yds" rule. Now if I can't hit a pie plate at 100yds, then I'm not using the gun. The end goal is to have an ethical kill and put food on the table for your family. If I can do that the most ethical way possible, then that's what I will do.

I was there. Monday thru Friday was the Mzl days. Quality was much better then.
