Looks like Pandorus, but there's so many species, two different ones(Sphinx) can have only a tiny difference, and moths are not my thing.

Cheap uv flashlight and a sharp pair of small scissors or snips does the trick on those bastards. Hornworms glow under the uv light similar to scorpions making then easy to find at night. I get a lot of them on my peppers and tomatoes throughout the year and that helps severely limit the damage as I can find and dispose of them while still small.
