Check out this video
Noosa Cat Boats

Simply amazing what these catamarans can go through. I was digging around on boatdesign.net and stumbled across this video. Enjoy

pretty amazing for boats that size. Most of us on here would never dream of putting their boat through those kind of seas on purpose. I would have no problem taking one of those out to blue water. I have been tinkering with my own design for a while and think I might have found a new direction Twin 115's push their 23 foot model to around 49 mph.

I want a smaller lower version for Toledo bend. Made a run on Thanksgiving early, and liked to never got back to the camper that afternoon in my Skeeter once the wind picked up.

To bad Champion has gone under and came out under Stratos....There may not have been a better rough water bass rig out on the market than an older Champ.

Gonna search for a nice used one next time around. Old partner of mine was a rep for a while. Love those boats.

What about Viper/Cobra?

Cobra is now Legend if I am not mistaken, or maybe some guys that worked at Cobra started the own company...don't really know all the details. Or maybe I am thinking of something else.

If i had a dealer closer than 3 hours to me I would be looking hard at Legends...
BassCat is probably the front runner for me at this time...when I finally get ready to sell the Xpress.
