I can get just a little more OSHA credentials and then $$$$.
Not sure if my next job will pay for it.

Have you been keeping track of the labor demand projections for the next 5 years for this area? We are over 100k short, fire watch to managers, with the inexperienced hands they'll be hiring safety personnel will be at a premium.

Corporate office is out of state...they have no clue.
I'll be making $$$$ soon.
The continuing education thing worries me though...wait a little more and make more $$$.
