I had not seen that calculator -- I like it better than the ones I've used before.
I really haven't used any recoil calculator since I bought my A400 and had a recoil reducer installed. Every load feels pretty much the same - from target loads to duck loads.

Picked up some Federal Light Dove 7.5, 1 1/8oz from walmart for $4.84 a box.
closest I've seen to the 2.99 a box we used to get when I was younger.

Northern that is a cool calculator I will save that one too. Dawg you are right, when I run 100+ rounds at clays w/ OU I am guaranteed to flinch somewhere in the round (it sucks to get old) but shoot a gas auto w/ kick off etc and its all gravy. I don’t even notice recoil w/ high speed duck/goose loads
