Guys—looking for some advice.
Wanting to put up a couple of metal storage buildings for boats and RVs.
At least 100 x 40.
What type of building do you recommend? This is about 25 miles east of Dallas. I’ve called 20 places and not one has a covered spot open.
Would do a mix of fully enclosed and just covered spots.
Thoughts on cost per square foot for both?
Thanks!

Following Jose. Have been thinking the exact same thing for Baton Rouge. There is one warehouse-type on the southwest side, zero self-serve.

price is actually based on the amount of tons of steel. if you're in east dallas, call Nucor Building Systems in Terrell.
