Looking for a handyman/craftsman, any recs?Posted by GeauxTime9

I usually handle these types of small projects, but I've been working out of state for the past year and would like these few things done before I move back.
I need to get a front door replaced and some sub-flooring repaired. Evidently, I had some moisture getting underneath my front door and has since created a rotted front door and a rotted landing area inside the front door. On top of this work, I would like to have a few interior doors replaced and painted. There are also are few areas where molding needs to be repaired and repainted as well.
Any recommendations for a weekend warrior type handyman that is looking for work?

Give me the messicans all day. Just need a name and number and I can put'em to work.

Might want to start with your location. And make sure you have a punch list to review prior to paying them because they will never come back, even for tools they leave behind.

If in BR and you want someone you can trust to 1) show up at the scheduled time to give you an estimate, 2) provide said estimate, 3) show up to do the work when they say they will, and 4) are always licensed/insured/bonded professionals then Home360 is a very good option especially if you are out of town a lot. Are they pricey? Yes. But very reliable.

Most true "craftsman" would be offended to be grouped with weekend warrior handymen.
