Light and Foregrip for 300 Blackout

Looking for a light and foregrip for 300 Blackout. Seeing a wide range of prices for the lights, grips are pretty much the same. Would like to keep the light price in the hundred dollar range.
Looking for recommendations for lights and grip. Is a vertical grip better than the handstop? Any help is appreciated.

This is all personal preference. After trying vert and angled fore grips, for me nothing beats a set of honey comb rail scales.
