The only left handed gun I own is my 12ga Remington 870. I wasn't even in the market for a new gun when I found it but being that I'm left eye dominant and right handed I had to have it. It is absolutly amazing having a gun that fits how you shoot. You righties have it good. I've only had one gun eject a hot shell into me though and that was my cousins AK.

I have an Ithaca that's bottom eject. I also know Benelli makes the SBE II lefty, but of course it's 1,600 - once again lefties get screwed.
