Example violations include, but are not limited to, intimidating someone to leave a fishing spot or brushed fishing hole, motion activated sounds or water sprinklers on docks to dissuade the public from fishing, or aggressively operating your boat around others actively fishing to persuade them to leave.

A common infraction of this law is an individual claiming ownership of a baited or brushed fishing spot. Anglers are reminded that ownership of artificial habitat, brush, or broadcast fish bait ends when it leaves their boat and enters a public water body and cannot be kept from others.

I see people harassing others on the Facebook reports groups more than anything. I wonder if that can be considered a violation?

I've heard about people fishing around piers being harassed and threatened by the pier owners who claim the water around and under the pier is theirs.

Do you think I should stop throwing piss balloons at people fishing my underwater light?

A buddy of mine was fishing a tournament on TB not long ago and got soaked by someone’s motion activated sprinklers on their dock. He was hot.

Sounds like the dock owner did him a favor and cooled him off and a nice spray of water...

That’s exactly what I told him when he said that.

yessir

Although does it matter if they're charged with harassment on top of murder and improper disposal of a corpse? You know how they are about squirrel spots in the VP.

Yup, I got in a verbal altercation in West Gay with one of them baws last year while squirrel hunting. He walked off and after thinking for a couple minutes I hurried back to my vehicle to make sure the lug nuts weren't being removed.

Come to OK in mid to late September and we can try to kill our limit. There's an old pecan orchard on a WMA near OKC that is STUPID with bushy tails.

Last year they upped it to 25/day. 10/day was only taking me about 1.5-2hours.

Needs to report the dock owner to Green Jeans next time this happens...or come back later that night and burn the dock.

Several people (myself included) told him to. Not sure if he ever did.

I didn’t want to post his video here. He might not appreciate that. But I took this screenshot of it.
