We had one come to our lease on the front of a huge bobcat, it had a some little short stout blades underneath, and it did some damage. If you are talking just every year clearing of some grass and underbrush that thing you posted may work, but I wouldnt see it doing what that thing that came out to our place did.
It was called a ground shark.

Be great for trimming trees on sides of roads or trails.

I have 1 like that....mounted on a 50hp bobcat tractor...works great....last year was the 1st year I had it to trim our trails and roads....worked awesome will not pick up another pole saw unless it for a branch higher than bout 20 feet....if you have a lot of trimming to do and thinking about purchasing 1 I suggest you buy it...

Maybe for light duty, wouldn't last long in the woods IMO.

My neighbor has one. He uses it to trim his roads and trails. We actually just talked about it....he had no complaints. Looks like a nice implement to have for trimming
