Any fans wanna share some feedback? I really love micro 1911 look of both the Sig P938 and the Kimber (too many to list), but I've also starting giving the Kimber EVO line some thought. Somewhat of the same 1911 look but striker fired instead. Just curious and looking for some feedback.

Southerninsanity,
I've had a Kimber Micro 9 nearly one year. It's an active part of my cc rotation. Here's a link to my original review.

Update: I'm still happy w/ the gun. I don't like the fact that it SLINGS spent brass all over the place, but that's a minor complaint. Mine came w/ only one mag, a 7 rounder. I've since bought a 6 round and an 8 round, as well. My original 7 round mag was rusted up after I inadvertently ran it through the washer so I bought another 7 round. The replacement 7 round had problems w/ infrequent "nose dives" of the 2nd or 3rd round of a new mag. After researching it, I found out the extractor was loose. Less than 10 min work fixed that. Now it feeds fine and doesn't sling brass quite so bad. The trigger is down to 6.25#.

Micro 9 on right w/ 8 round mag in DeSantis Slim-Tuck holster. On the left is a Kahr CW45 in a Side Guard Tuck Clip holster. I don't like the DeSantis holster and have a Tuck Clip ordered to replace.

My FIL has one and it’s his daily carry.

The factory trigger kinda sucks on them. Very heavy. He was around 7.5lbs. I took it apart and worked on the sear spring on the gun and was able to get it down to around 4lbs.
The trigger on these pivot on a roll pin that’s above the trigger as opposed to the straight pull of a 1911. Because of that the lower on the trigger you pull the better

Of you get a Kimber Micro, look into getting a trigger upgrade. Factory spec on trigger pull is 7-8lbs but both mine and TigerOnTheHill's were both around 10lbs.

I put the Galloway Precision trigger in mine and it dropped it to about 4lbs
