Heading out on my 4 wheeler with some bran i bought yesterday.

My lease is 3 miles from my house.

Have to make it there without getting a ticket for riding my 4 wheeler on the highway.

Looking to buy a trailer for it now.

For the most part my land is accessable from the camp house. However, I have about 70 acres on the other side of our swamp that you have to drive on the road to get to. All my life I've never even thought about the consequences of driving a 4wheelr on the road. Just something that was done. Funny how some thinigs are taboo to others and completely normal to some.

When I was in my teens we would ride 4 wheelers along the main highways and on the smaller roads all the time without worrying. We would only get crap occasionally from the levee board for riding on the levee. They started enforcing it more once I got to around driving age and now they're anal about stopping kids from riding on 4 wheelers basically anywhere but in their own yards. My dad got a ticket on the golf cart riding from our subdivision to another one.

I don't know where I was going with that just frustrates me

yea we used to ride all over the country on our 4wheelers when we were kids. Now you would'nt get 100yds down the road without getting busted.

Some of my best memories as a kid are the couple summers I spent riding 4 wheelers with friends damn near every day all over the damn place. Zero fricks were given. It was awesome.

I carry a shovel all the time.
I heard from the farmers you usually dont get messed with.
But the 12 Ga. Browning Pump will stick out like a sore thumb.

Wont put on the HO cap until i get to the woods.
