We love it too. The kids grow up in the woods instead of the streets. They have trails all over these woods.
There isn’t much for sale. Most of it is family land that’s been broken up over time.

Get a Sierra cellular modem and get a sim card for whatever service has the best coverage at your camp. You can get high diversity antenna's that will boost the signal. These modems act as a wifi hotspot.
Beware that the unlimited plans for Verizon and At&T throttle back significantly after 25GB of data used in a billing cycle. You can put it on a group plan with higher GB data but will cost you $300-$350 per month.

If you have crap cell service with ATT and Verizon don't bother with one of their WIFI hot spot boxes. As mentioned satellite is pretty crab too.
Unsure if you have a new truck or how true this is but maybe worth your time to look into....
Friend of mine uses his trucks WIFI while he is at his camp because cell service is non-existent. Maybe check to see how good of a signal your truck gets (if capable) next time you're there. If good, considering giving it a try; normally they will do a free trial period.
