someone bumped some old duck hunting threads from 14/15 years ago when weather was similar to this year and it's the EXACT same arguments we hear today

they dont believe the duck counts and talk about food up north holding them

pretty ironic

Purposely Flooded corn didn’t change the migration in one year. The wet fall and inability of farmers to get in the fields to harvest crops combined with a mild winter is the majority of the issue this year.

And the migration didn't all of a sudden start declining in one year either. It's hitting the people with above average hunting spots and thus becoming more noticeable to the people who barely pay attention.

I see it just the opposite. Those best places still have ducks- if I’m understanding you correctly.
