Of course I'm butthurt. They wouldn't let me shoot my AR pistol on ANY range. Because idiots shoot up the ceiling or some other half arse excuse.
Baker Range told me to bring an RPG if I wanted to but I better damn well bring enough ammo for everyone to have a shot. frick YEAH.

The new crew is much better with customer service.
I have yet to see the "new crew" (They're not "new" - they've been there quite a while) be anything but courteous to every single customer.
CAVEAT: I don't go there on weekends (unless I take a class there for the shooting portion of the course). So it's possible that some of the weekend staff exhibit different mannerisms. But I can say that when Jeff is there on Saturdays, things are run just as they are during the week (i.e. very professionally).
