That has to be the best choice, if possible. You could be in gridlock traffic and can’t possibly drive.

The DA will take it before a grand jury to see if they issue an indictment. It gives them political cover whatever decision is made.

I recently had an incident where someone with road rage followed my roommate and I home. She was leaving work on Essen. Scared the crap out of us.
