What's wrong with it? There isn't much that goes wrong with them generally. I was given a nice Uline ice maker serveral year ago, told it wouldn't make ice. $15 valve and 10 minutes with a screwdriver made it work like a charm. Sold it for $400...

If you are talking about a home, under the counter ice machine, we had ours serviced by Appliance Distributors in Baton Rouge. Not sure if they service them if you didn't buy it from them, but you could give them a call.

Most of the time it is cheaper to buy another one unless it is a commercial type.
