Again, pretty clear who is overreacting
Yes I agree...

Yes - usually motivated by jealousy.

I'm sorry if your goal is to catch less fish.

I'm the guy casting with pinpoint precision 6 inches from the bank and hauling in reds while you're standing there with your thumb up your arse

Just because you're inexperienced with it or just plain suck at it, don't project your lack of success at it onto me.

I'm annoying because I asked a question
There are other reasons you come across as annoying... see above...
I don't like when good threads get side tracked, but there are times when things need to be pointed out.
You either enjoy trying to be a cyber cool guy, or don't realize how annoying comments like these are in real life to people you hardly know. It's one thing to say in jest to family or close friends, but it shuts down any intelligent conversation in other circles.
Either way, carry on...

All of those comments were in response to you people jumping my shite after posting this initially:
You're damn right I'm going to defend myself when attacked after a perfectly cordial response.

No problem with that. Like I mentioned, if there are enough fish in the area that a limit seems likely, I can definitely understand saving the room in the box for the sighted fish and limiting the number of casts purely for the added fun of it. I was more curious if there are people out there who just don't have success with blind casts and think they are wasted casts - something like "it's pointless and you're just going to spook the fish you could have sight cast to."
You're damn right I'm going to defend myself when attacked after a perfectly cordial response.

I see what this is all about now - I hurt your feelings in the Porsche thread so you're looking for revenge in a fishing thread.
Golden.

Dude, you're wasting your time. The guy basically can't read. He's misinterpreted what you have said and then jumped to conclusions.
