Stuck in the mud? Not sure why they were disabled.

reports on Facebook indicate they were high and dry after the water "went out" of Otter Bayou. SeaTow could not reach them so CG decided to airlift them out. They went back with SeaTow the next day at high tide and got the boat unstuck.

Not sure why the airlift, maybe they were old, had no water to drink or otherwise could not spend the night.

Some guy on the Facebook post questioned this and said if they were high and dry they should have walked to the Sea Tow boat.

That guy must've never walked in marsh before. They'd have sunk in mud up to their thighs as soon as they stepped foot out that boat.

I'm not familiar with otter bayou, but i can tell you that there was not a whole lot of water in the Marsh in Reggio on Sunday. I couldn't get to any of my spots without getting stuck.

You can see there's very little water in the video. To the left of the bow there's a line in the mud you can see that shoots off in the distance.
